Responsibility
1. Social responsibility policy: abide by laws and regulations, fulfill responsibilities, create harmony, and continuously improve.
2. In order to build a trustworthy and harmonious employee labor relationship and corporate environment, Pinmei must comply with the following requirements with relevant parties such as society, customers, suppliers, etc. in business operations:
1) : Protect the environment, ensure occupational health and safety, fulfill corporate social responsibility, strive to enhance the awareness of environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and social responsibility of all employees, and work together with employees to continuously improve the environment, occupational health and safety, and social responsibility.
2) : Comply with the minimum working age regulations stipulated by the laws of the host country, prohibit the use of child labor, and take measures to avoid the recruitment of child labor by mistake. If located in China, the age of its employees shall not be less than 16 years old.
3): Respect internationally recognized human rights standards, refrain from participating in or supporting any human rights violations, respect the dignity, privacy, and rights of every individual, refrain from using or supporting the use of forced or compulsory labor, and refrain from requiring employees to pay a deposit or seize their identity documents during the recruitment process; Comply with the laws and industry standards of the host country regarding working hours and rest, adopt appropriate working hour systems, and keep corresponding working time records; At the same time, Party B shall establish an effective overtime management mechanism to ensure that employees work overtime voluntarily and have sufficient rest time to ensure their physical and mental health;
4) : Do not engage in or support any discriminatory system or behavior based on factors such as race, nationality, religion, physical disability, gender, marital status, political orientation, or age in matters related to the personal rights and interests of employees, such as employment, compensation, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal, or welfare benefits; Respect employees of different races or religious beliefs and provide them with necessary convenience and conditions as much as possible; It is not allowed to engage in any form of abuse, exploitation, or sexual harassment in the premises under its management.
5) : Efforts should be made to establish an environmental protection system, obtain certification from third-party organizations in accordance with the ISO14001 standard, obtain all environmental permits, approval documents or registration certificates required by laws and regulations, and update them in a timely manner. Various measures should be taken to properly dispose of harmful substances, industrial waste, and household waste; Responding to national calls for energy conservation, emission reduction, and clean production, we will take various effective measures within our capabilities to reduce energy and resource consumption, improve energy efficiency, and reduce energy consumption
6) : Practice strict business ethics requirements, abide by commercial integrity, and prohibit any form of commercial bribery, corruption, extortion, and money laundering; Respect and properly protect intellectual property rights.
7: Actively participate in community construction within the scope of one's ability to promote harmonious social and economic development.
